Six Ways To Improve Team Project Collaboration
1. Have a Clear Focus and Follow it
Whether it’s a team working on a project for the short-term or a team in a company for the long haul, having a clearly defined goal is the best thing you can do for your team as a manager and to improve workflow and efficiency.
Nothing helps a team better than being laser-focused on an assignment. Those who are not motivated to continue on that path can easily excuse themselves.

2. Prioritize Improving Communication at Work
